Celebrate World Fair Trade Day - Art Contest Grades 9 to 12

The Art Contest winners are in!

For World Fair Trade Day we asked kids across the US to submit artwork expressing their thoughts on Fair Trade. We were overjoyed by the amazing response, and by the number of people who took the time to vote on their favorite piece.


Kathleen Mackin

Grade 9-12 category: Congratulations to Kathleen Mackin of Brattleboro, Vermont for submitting the winning entry in the high school category.

Grade 3-8 category: Congratulations to Isaac Gardea, age 8, of El Paso, Texas, for submitting the winning entry in the youth category.

Special thanks to Ms. Kathleen Sweeney and Sara Stender for submitting the most entries. They both win a Fair Trade soccer ball from Fair Trade Sports. Thank you, Fair Trade Sports !
